About
I’m Justin Rivelli and I have an obsession with helping people look incredible, feel fantastic, and perform the best they can. If you can change your belief’s, you can change your life and because of this there is no ceiling to the results you can create.
WHAT I DO
I am lucky enough to live and breathe my enthusiasm for fitness and life 24 hours a day. I coach and mentor people dozens of people each and every day through training and nutrition programs both in real life and online. You may have noticed the title of my blog is Justin Rivelli’s “Physique Transformations”, but it is so much more than this.
I have helped an uncountable amount of people reach their desired fitness and life goals. Some of these include…
-
Fat loss
-
Lean muscle gain
-
Strength, conditioning, and power
-
Mobility and flexibility
-
Improved posture
-
Rehabilitation and injury recovery
-
Overall performance and function
-
Just plain looking and feeling better than they ever thought was possible
WHO DO I WORK WITH?
I work with people of all different ages, sizes and fitness levels. For instance I have trained and nutritionally programmed for…
-
The average person.
-
Children as young as 10 years of age
-
Teenagers ranging from obese to competitive athletes
-
Young adults and middle aged men and women
-
People as YOUNG as 84 years of age
-
Doctors, physical therapists, lawyers, sculptors, models, division 1 athletes, CEO’s, business owners, college professors etc. Or in other words BUSY PEOPLE
-
Bodybuilders, figure, and bikini competitors
“WHY” SHOULD YOU LISTEN TO ME?
If you don’t see results and you are currently hiring a coach, it’s their fault. I don’t care what the situation is. Your success greatly depends on what mindset the coach, or “I”, can get you to have. It’s the coaches job to figure out “WHY” you didn’t achieve your goals and what drives you to be successful. Saying this, we must focus on the solution, not the problem.
The reality is, I’d rather defer myself from being called a trainer, fitness nutrition specialist etc. I consider myself a coach, mentor, and the why guy. I don’t believe that just being an exercise or nutrition teacher works. Being an inspiration, a leader, and someone with the right knowledge works.
IN SHORT FOR EXAMPLE I BELIEVE…
-
The ability to get people 100% guaranteed results is part of my life. I will happily hand money back if I can’t do so.
-
Figuring out “WHY”, you want, have, or need to achieve something, along with focusing on rituals are some of the biggest factors of short and long term success.
-
There is no such thing as trying. If you’re trying your not doing, and therefore getting nowhere
-
WITHOUT proper nutrition you will NOT get the results you desire. (unless your in that 1% of the genetic freak population)
-
You should be getting thoroughly evaluated, screened and assessed before any type of program is designed for you.
-
Cardio is NOT EVEN CLOSE to your best fat loss tool NUTRITION.
-
Crunches do not give you abs. Better yet, your entire body can be considered your core. If you get context specific and put the focus around your “6 pack, obliques, and low back”, your “core” is still composed of anterior, lateral, superior, inferior AND posterior aspects. In other words if you are just performing most of the crunch motions you see today, especially loaded and repeatedly, you are probably doing a lot more harm than good for your spinal discs.
-
Compound lifts should be the basis of your program.
-
High reps don’t tone: You can look at my popular “Muscle Tone Myth” post here.
-
Etc. etc.etc.
